At Discmania Store, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your disc golf gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact; please note that used discs or customized apparel cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our warehouse using a tracked service.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
